Data controller: Test, Test — hello@kilowall.com.

What we collect and why

• Buyers: email address and payment status (to deliver your spot, contact you about review and pay referral commissions). Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them. Legal basis: contract.
• Spot content: the image, name, tagline, description and link you submit are public by design. Your contact email is never published.
• Audience measurement: we count visits, pages viewed and clicks with our own first-party tool. A random identifier and the campaign or referral link you arrived from are kept in your browser’s local storage for 30 days, so we can know which channels work and credit referrals. No IP address or advertising identifier is stored, nothing is shared with advertisers, and no third-party tracking cookie is used.
• Server logs kept for security for a short period.

Processors

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Test) and, if you receive emails from us, our email provider.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as required by accounting law (10 years in France). Spot content stays as long as your spot is displayed. Analytics events are kept up to 25 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@kilowall.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Kilowall does not sell personal data.
